The Downtown Sykesville Connection (DSC) is at the heart of this effort, working to enhance Main Street, uplift local businesses, preserve history, and foster a sense of belonging for all. Now, we’re looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors and help shape the future of our town!

✅ Creating Unforgettable Experiences – Our signature events, from the Sykesville Art & Wine Festival to Pride Day, bring people together, spark joy, and support fundraising efforts that fuel our mission.

Who We’re Looking For

We need leaders, visionaries, and doers who bring expertise, passion, and a commitment to community impact. If you have experience in finance, fundraising, grant writing, nonprofit work, PR, event planning, or program management, we want to hear from you!

Board members play a vital role in:
