The Downtown Manchester Special Services District is excited about the Town of Manchester's commitment to making updates and improvements to Downtown Manchester.  

It is the District's goal to promote opportunities for discussion and to encourage our business owners, and the community, to engage in those discussions. This is the best way to ensure that the needs of our constituents are considered.
