Meet Jamie Sloane @ Winter Arts Fest

Jamie Sloane is a local Artist, born and raised in Huntington, WV. He specializes in a variety of mediums and is notorious for his beautiful oil paintings and sculptures. In previous interviews, Sloane has said he's always had a passion for music and art. He studied classical music and created compositions during his time at Marshall University. He said art has always been a hobby, but now is his career. “I like to create things that are just different,” Sloane once said. “Whatever I do, I know it’s going to be risky, but it has to be good in the end when I hang it up on the wall.” Sloane now exhibits his work at his gallery and shop, Sloane Square Gallery.
