Meet two time Best of OV winner and business spotlight Real Estate broker, Sean Palmer and his wife Colette. This husband and wife duo joined the Orangevale Chamber of Commerce upon opening their office located at 9198 Greenback Lane, suite 115, five years ago. The Palmers are 18 year residents of Orangevale and enjoy serving the real estate needs of Orangevale and the surrounding communities.

“Our clientele is quite an array of local and out of towners,” said Sean Palmer. “Once I show buyers what’s out there, many choose Orangevale because of its unique rural setting and the value here.”

The Palmers also chose Orangevale as their home base for its country-like setting too.

“Many people don’t want a postage stamp lot,” Palmer added, “which is another reason that makes Orangevale so appealing.”

Palmer stated that although it’s a seller’s market, it’s also a good time to buy and welcomes anyone interested to give him a call with any real estate questions.

When the phone is not ringing off the hook, Sean, an avid runner and former marathon athlete and Colette enjoy running in the nearby trails and kayaking in Lake Natoma. Sean is also known for his killer BBQ skills and is a member of the Kamado Joe BBQing club. Together they participate in many community events including a horseback canned food drive with the Twin Lakes Riding Club, Trunk or Treat at the Community Center and most recently the Pow Wow Day Parade where the Palmer’s were recognized for “Best in Business” for 2018.
