The BOLD Speaker Series™ celebrates community and unity, brought to life through personal and professional stories of struggle, hope, and resilience. This inspiring series was founded by two multi-passionate entrepreneurs driven by the vision of greater inclusion in the workplace, at home, and in our everyday lives. Anne Descalzo and Rachel Zillner of The RADZ Group believe in the power of vulnerability to connect and uplift. The BOLD Speaker Series™ aims to strengthen our community and spark meaningful, lasting change by creating a platform where women can openly share their journeys. Since its inception in 2019, it has proudly championed diversity, ensuring women of color hold at least half of the spotlight to amplify all voices and perspectives.
