Derek was born in Texas but raised right here in Orlando since kindergarten, attending Conway Elementary, Middle, and then Boone. Meanwhile, Jen hails from New Hampshire but found her home in the Sunshine State at the age of 18.

Educational and Professional Journey:

Derek's passion for health and fitness led him to pursue both a bachelor's and master's degree in Kinesiology from UCF. With years of experience in private training, his expertise is unmatched. Jen, on the other hand, brings over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with 15 of those spent managing restaurants.

Inspirations and Influences:

For Derek, his family, especially his wife and kids, have been the driving force behind his journey. Their love and support have given him purpose and direction.
