Be part of a meaningful celebration on November 10th from 2-4 PM at Charlie’s Bakery & Creamery (3213 Curry Ford Rd, Orlando) as we honor our veterans with live music, food, and drink sampling, a local market fair, kids' booths, and Charlie’s famous ice cream. With an expected attendance of 300, this is a fantastic opportunity for your business to connect with the community and show your support for veterans.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Patriot Sponsor $2,500- Exclusive booth placement, recognition in all event marketing, featured mention in event press release, company logo on event banner and stage signage, special shout-out from the stage during the event, opportunity to speak briefly during the opening ceremony

Freedom Sponsor $1,500- Prime booth placement, company logo on event marketing materials, recognition on event signage, social media mentions leading up to the event, special mention during the event

Hero Sponsor $1,000-Booth space in a high-traffic area, company logo included in event materials, mention on social media, recognition from the stage

Family Sponsor $500-Booth space at the event company name on event signage social media mention

Community Sponsor $250- Booth space at the event Company name listed on event program Social media thank you post

Veteran Honor Sponsor $100- Have the name of a veteran (living or deceased) proudly displayed on a special "Wall of Honor" banner at the event. Each veteran's name will be carefully printed, symbolizing their service and sacrifice. The "Wall of Honor" banner will be prominently displayed for all attendees to see throughout the event, serving as a powerful tribute to those who served.

1ST STEP VENDOR APPLICATION

Standard Vendor Booth (10'x10') – $40- Includes space for one booth or table, social media shoutout before and after the event. Limited spots, must be family-friendly products, no electrical access. Use this link to fill out your vendor info.  DO NOT PAY FOR A VENDOR SPOT UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM CFW THAT YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.
