Community Input Sessions for the New City Manager
The City of Milton-Freewater’s Council has contracted with Prothman (a professional recruiting agency) to find my replacement as City Manager upon my retirement next year. In order to develop the position profile to guide the recruitment to the ideal candidate, input is being sought from Council members, staff, and community stakeholders.
The representative from Prothman that will be leading our recruitment is Cliff Moore. Cliff has over 30 years’ experience working in the public sector, and has served in the role of City Manager in his career. He holds a Master’s Degree from University of San Francisco, and is fluent in Spanish as well as English.
Mr. Moore will be conducting two community input sessions—one on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 8th from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and one on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9th, from 9:00 am to Noon in the Albee Room of the City Library, 8 SW 8th Ave.
The public is invited to attend EITHER OF THESE SESSIONS, (not both please).
The City will also be taking input via email at cmrecruitment@milton-freewater-or.gov.
