"I'm Kara Kerr, born and raised in Murfreesboro and married to Taylor Kerr. KNOWN CLAY DESIGNS has become my art. The earrings are handmade and designed to be high quality and hypoallergenic with the best lightweight and durable clay. Most of the earrings we offer are only made once, so you likely have the only pair of its kind. 

From the start, I wanted this to be a way to glorify God through the talents he has given me, so in asking him what my business should be called, He gave me the word-- 'KNOWN'-- and the idea to handwrite 'PS139' on the back of every pair of earrings.

v.13-14 -For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

This is my 5th year as a Saturday Market vendor, and it is by far my favorite season of the year. I enjoy meeting every single person that comes up to talk with us and share a little about their story. You've likely met my best friend Laura Beth who helps me almost every week. 

This adventure over the last few years has brought opportunities to give, participate, donate, and meet people I would never have otherwise. Everywhere we go, God has all the glory. We happily give a minimum of 25% of our profits to our friends at Portico- a pregnancy (and after) resource center in town. The MTSU Milk Truck won't be at the market, but the MTSU Small Farm (set up between Van Horn's Cookies & Wagyu Farms trailer) will have a limited supply of milk for sale.
