Murray High School Business Club - Diversity Dinner

Our team is holding a Diversity Dinner to stimulate cultural awareness and provide overall acceptance within our community. 

    Proceeds from the Diversity Dinner will be donated to build a library with a solar charging station on the roof. The villages in Afghanistan don’t have reliable access to electricity. Building the library will allow everyone in the village to better themselves and will provide electricity as we begin to provide the women in the community with laptops with MS Office software. Having access to a computer with this software will allow the women to learn practical skills and provide self-sufficiency for themselves and their families

    We are requesting business and donor support to provide the meal and event free to participants. This is why we humbly reach out to you, a leader in our community, to help make this dinner and fundraiser for the charity a reality. Your support and contribution to the Murray High School Business Diversity Dinner will mean more than a tax break: it is a notion of aid to the education of students, Afghan girls and women seeking refuge, community strength, and the overall development of understanding and compassion in Utah.
