Celebration of the Trees

In this hands on farm to table cooking class in person and on Zoom, Leslie Cerier, The Organic Gourmet presents a variety of local organic tree products: chestnut flour, hickory nut oil, maple syrup to make scrumptious gluten free waffles and pancakes.

Leslie will also demonstrate how to make your own organic almond milk to make hot cacao drinks for everyone. Think hot chocolate made with foods grown on trees: raw organic cacao, almonds, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon. Yes these all grow on trees.
