Kesher Updates March 2024
Here’s some of the activities and culminating activities to wrap up the most recent rotation of Kesher Wednesday Clubs.*In science, the students learned about animal habitats and the importance of protecting them in keeping with the Jewish value of protecting nature and all creation.
*The cooks made a delicious blintz casserole with blueberry topping. They always do a fine job of cleaning when they are all done.
*In art, the 5th grade students completed their masquerade masks, in preparation for Purim. They created one mask that represents who they really are, and one that represents who they want to masquerade as. You can see some of these creative masks.
*And in stop motion, the students, in preparation for Passover, interpreted the song, Echad Mi Yodea. They had some time in the end to create their own short animations. You can see the full video HERE.
Enjoy!
