New Member - Bridge Business Resources

If you look at the Bridge Business Resources Website, you'll see a long list of services that Kristie's new company can assist with. From hiring assistance and onboarding programs, to payroll services, managing benefits, safety reporting, employee communications, handbooks & policies, personnel file management, employee exits - it's hard to imagine an HR role in which Bridge Business Resources isn't considered an expert.

Kristie said she's aware of companies in the Cedar Rapids area that specialize in Human Resources assistance, but she doesn't think there is anyone doing it in this area. Or I should say, there wasn't anyone doing it in the area, because there certainly is now. 

I asked a few questions about the help she plans to offer businesses, and she stressed that she's able to meet businesses wherever their needs are. If they need full time support, Bridge Business Resources will offer ongoing retained services. If you've got one big HR project you're looking for some expert help putting together, Kristie is open to that as well. Think developing an employee handbook, or getting some hiring assistance to get your office fully staffed. If you're just looking for some advice on a specific issue, Kristie also offers hourly services, so however much help you're looking for, Bridge Business Resources is ready to help. 

The Cascade Chamber is excited to be bringing back the "Sips & Tips" program, and Kristie will be our presenting at the next event. Attendance is free, but we do request RSVPs so we know how many people to prepare for.
