Frostburg Halloween Parade
When: Tuesday, October 29th, 2024
Time: Starting at 6:00 p.m.
Where: Main Street, Downtown
Prepare for a spooktacular night at the Frostburg Halloween Parade on Main Street! Join in the fun and showcase your creativity by registering your organization or business as a parade participant—just click the link to get started! Link: https://bit.ly/FbgHalloweenParade24 . But the excitement doesn’t stop there! After the parade, bring your children and friends (ages 12 and under) for a fantastic kids' party and a haunted house at City Place, 14 South Water Street, where thrills and chills await. The amazing students from the Frostburg State University Recreation & Parks Management program and the FSU Office of Civic Engagement power this annual celebration. Don’t miss out on this frightfully fun night—let’s make unforgettable memories together!
Trunk Or Treat (Lashbaugh’s)
When: Saturday, October 26th, 2024
Time: 4:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m.

Get ready for the spooktacular fun of Trunk or Treat, a Halloween tradition that brings our community together for a night of thrills and chills! If you’re not in the know, here’s the scoop: families deck out their car trunks with wild decorations, load them up with heaps of candy, and kids get to trick-or-treat from one creative car to another! In addition, DJ Dan Fisher will be playing music! So grab your costume and join the fun—there’s laughter, treats, and community spirit around every corner!
Trick or Treat!
When: Thursday, October 31st, 2024
Time: 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.
Where: City Wide
Trick-or-treating is the ultimate Halloween adventure, where excitement fills the air as costumed kids hit the streets in search of sweet treasures! To keep residents safe and reduce the number of children in the streets after dark, try to coordinate trick-or-treat plans in the period of 6-8 p.m. In addition, turn on porch lights if they wish to hand out candy to children. Drivers, be advised to take note of the event time and drive with caution.
Trunk or Treat (Frostburg State Athletics)
When: Tuesday, October 29th, 2024
Time: 6:45 p.m. till 8:30 p.m.
Where: Parking Garage right next to City Place
More trunk or treat is available, if you missed the first one or want to just trunk or treat again! Frostburg State University Athletics is hosting a trick-or-treat where teams will be there with their cars decorated and have games to play and can't forget the candy!
Hotel Gunter’s Halloween Costume Party!
When: Saturday, October 26th, 2024
Time: 8 p.m. till 11 p.m.
Where: Hotel Gunter
Go check out Hotel Gunter for a Costume Party! Tickets are just $10 cash only, and you’ll have a chance to win prizes for costumes. This event is open to guests 21 and older, so gather your friends and prepare for an enjoyable evening. They will be having a cash bar. Be sure to purchase your tickets at the Hotel Gunter front desk before the party!

For just $7 per person for regular entry and $10 for premium entry that allows you to have unlimited tours throughout the haunt and a wizard wand to guide and protect you! Megan Jean’s Secret Family Halloween Show & Costume Party

Get ready for a night of thrills and chills this October 31st at The Deep End! So dust off your paintbrushes, grab your khaki shorts, or throw on that cozy cardigan, and come dressed as your favorite good guy! You might even snag a prize for the best costume! Tickets are $12 in advance (available on Megan Jean’s page) or $15 at the door, so grab yours early to save a few bucks. Halloween Night Glow Round (Allegheny County Disc Golf Club)
