Mural Project in Carbondale, PA Carbondale Heart & Soul, Carbondale Blueprint Communities, and Valley In Motion are looking for talented artists to create 6 mini murals in downtown Carbondale! This is an opportunity to showcase your creativity and leave a lasting impact on our community. Topics will range from people, history, nature, and more!
