Sheriff Deputy

The Rooks County Sheriff’s Office is currently taking applications for a Full-Time Deputy Sheriff.  Deputy duties would include, but are not limited to, patrol of the county, investigation of accidents and criminal offenses.  Requirements for the position are: Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid Kansas Driver’s License, have no felony or serious misdemeanor convictions and must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.  Applications will be taken until the position is filled.  Contact the Rooks County Sheriff’s Office at 785-425-6312, or email ggibbs@rookscountysheriff.com, or visit our website at www.rookscountysheriff.com.   EOE
