Locable and Downtown Redevelopment Services (DTR) are reconnecting for 2025 to equip rural communities for growth and prosperity via economic development, real estate redevelopment planning, and strategic marketing and communications programs through federal grants up to $25k.
The 2024 grant process is underway, we opened the grant process up to new communities again for 2025 at which point we'll review how this USDA grant program works, the benefits to communities and businesses, and what's required. You can confirm your community's eligibility here.
Utilize this grant to implement a Real Estate Development (RED) Plan with DTR and Locable's marketing solutions for your organization and community. Working with Locable may include upgrading your web presence, implementing our community events calendar software, providing Marketing 3-4-5™ training and technical assistance to local businesses and a lot more.
Matching funds are not required however having matching funds improves the application and could enable a Coordinating Program to include additional communities.
